The challenge

Natural wine has an image problem. It tends to read one of two ways: intimidatingly snobby, or try-hard cool. The challenge was to land in neither camp: a wine bar brand with understated luxury and just enough playful irreverence, positioned somewhere between Berlin edge and Mediterranean warmth.

The audience isn't sommeliers. It's creatives, curious minds, and people with quiet confidence. The kind of people who value atmosphere over excess, and taste over status.

"It's not about knowing everything about wine. It's about knowing when something feels right."

The idea

So I designed a world, not just a logo but a brand built around atmosphere and ritual rather than wine expertise.

Every decision leaned toward feeling collected rather than overdesigned: warm earthy tones, hand-drawn illustration, tactile textures, and confident typography. A place that celebrates letting the night unfold.
