The challenge

Sofra is a small-batch jam rooted in Turkish heritage and the Mediterranean ritual of sharing food.

The challenge was to make Sofra feel warm, tactile and personal without becoming overly nostalgic or rustic. Handmade and giftable, but still considered and quietly premium.

"Good food doesn't need to perform. It only needs time, care, and a reason to be shared."

The idea

I built the identity around the feeling of a Mediterranean breakfast table with warm light, ceramic bowls, fruit in season, folded linen, the comfort of something homemade.

The name carries the whole idea: sofra (Turkish)the table where everything good is shared. Every detail was designed to feel like something passed across that table, not placed on a shelf.
